Our 2nd Erasmus+ for youth exchange program , Share Your Story! in France
8-day Youth Exchange which will bring together youth from The Netherlands, Ukraine, Latvia, France and Egypt to share their cultures, traditions, lives, and experiences
Throughout the project they will work with various storytelling methods to share their personal, as well as stories which come from their communities.
Location : the venue of the eco-community Catfarm in Poussan, France
Accommodation : camping style , with seeping bags
Duration : from 8-17 June (including travel days).
Eligibility :Applicants are expected to be 18-25 years old at the time of the project, motivated and have interest in the topic of the project and have a good level of communication in English (English test will be conducted unless you are certified). Language fluency is not required, functioning English is needed though.
The project is going to create a sharing environment where stories behind every culture, person, object is going to be revealed.
The participants will get to know artistic tools and methods of storytelling, theater, art, drama, story weaving, which to help them express diverse stories.
We not only like to share our stories, but to show how stories can make an impact.
The project has the following specific objectives:
Improve the cultural awareness and expression competence
Increase social and civic engagement of youth
Raise awareness of youngsters of their cultural heritage, foster confidence and encourage commitment in their communities;
Strengthen cooperation between youth from participating countries;
We also expect the environment of the project to result in other longer term benefits, namely, projects the participants would implement as a part oft he follow up and further cooperation in form of new youth exchanges and international projects together.

Certificate:
EUROPEAN UNION - ERASMUS+ Youth Pass certificates will be given after the completion of the training.
*Project is funded by Erasmus+ Programme / covering the following: (traveling cost is covered up to 360 Euro + 60 Euro visa fees, as well as accommodation, meals and event training costs are covered 100%)
